Professorship for Drug development and Analysis
Welcome to the pages of the drug development and analysis working group,
our working group is dedicated to the research, development and synthesis of new active ingredients. Our focus is on the design of innovative drugs to combat infectious diseases, tumors and other malignant diseases. Our goal is to gain new insights and improve existing therapies through innovative research approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The working group consists of committed scientists, students and external partners who develop new active ingredient molecules with optimized pharmacological properties through the targeted use of modern synthesis methods and computer-aided analyses. We offer a dynamic environment in which both well-founded theoretical discussions and practice-oriented applications are in the foreground.
Our working group is involved in various national and international networks and maintains a lively exchange with other research institutions and industry. This enables us to always keep our work up to date with the latest research and to develop practical solutions.
